This three bedroom miners cottage was in desperate need of complete renovation. At the same time a large orangery was added to the east elevation, forming a connection with the garden and providing a light and airy space making the most of the views.

The cottage was completely rewired and re-plumbed as well as being fitted with new windows and internal insulation to make it more comfortable and easier to heat. A new wood-burning stove ensures the cottage is cosy on a winters day.
